Ola from Singapore
« on: October 11, 2011, 10:35:37 AM »
I am Lester from Singapore. I had been a silent forum user since the first ORS came about. Through Lawrence, here in Singapore, I chanced upon a fun group of owners who are from this forum as well. On the recent Lata Berembun trip, I met Lim, Jimmy, Dennis(KGB), Glenn, Tony, Li-en. What fun we had during the trip. I want to thank everyone who were on this trip for the close comradeship. This was my second time wheeling with friends out of JB and my whole family thoroughly enjoyed it.

For all those who do not know me, I drive a Pajero L047 with a Starion engine and managed by HKS F Con V Pro, churning out 250bhp at wheel. Good enough to go through Sungai Mas with some winching and snatching. End of the day, it is still a family car for hardcore family trips. My kids enjoy the outdoors and they are 6 yrs old, 4yrs old and 3 yrs old. We have been to numerous off road locations throughout West Malaysia in the almost 12 years I have been wheeling. I started off with dirt bike riding when I was 17 and I am still riding now. It has become second nature that I cannot own any vehicle that is too clean and shiny. Dirt is the way to go.

Glad I am here and hope to participate more in this forum when tie permits. Have a great week ahead.

Pity i missed the Lata Berembun trip on the last minute.

Yes Sir. The radiator is all fixed up. 12 years of dirt has started to get my behind itching at some bling factor under my hood. Lesson well learnt that bling and dirt don't mix very well. Everyday I am go home staring at my 90mm thick aluminum radiator with 8 rows on the outer core smashed up and epoxy putty in place to serve as a reminder.

Hi slaved88. The chance will come if you don't mind participation from a not so lifted Pajero probably 300 odd km away from you.

But it probably takes only 1hour and 45mins door to door from Sing to KL in your monster Pajero..
Probably can give Kenjiro Shinozuka a run for its money in the Paris Dakar hahaha

The Pajero will WIN everything including pesky Fortuners driven by Unker Lima....
